Somehow it took a year and a half to introduce the Tovanator to my maternal grandfather. We decided to name him "Big Papa" for T. She calls all of her Grandpas "papa," can say "big," and, well, it fits his stature, so we thought it was great! Grandpa and GranJean drove down to my parents' house in Tallahassee from Jackson, Mississippi, and we headed up for a fast weekend visit. We had a lovely time - the best part was seeing how T reacted to Grandpa. She took right to GranJean, but just wasn't so sure about her Big Papa. In the end, she gave kisses all around. Such a sweetie.

I LOVE this picture. I feel like T is actually me and this is a picture from my childhood. And the one below is such a great reaction to Big Papa messing with T!

Trying out my new lens (above).

Favorite.

Me and my Grandpa.
I have to be honest. Before I grabbed the roll of black and white Neopan film, Tova had unrolled part of the new roll I grabbed and I was flustered. I did not mean to grab Neopan. I meant to grab 400H (color). Oops. Oh well. I still love them!
